“A little over three years ago I hired Coach Kayla to be my personal trainer and it was hands down one of the best decisions of my life.

I was over 50, my health was in crisis and everyone, including my regular physician were telling me that the weight I was gaining and all of my aches and pains were a part of aging and I needed to accept it. There were prescriptions available to meditate my discomfort if needed. I have always been an active person and a pretty healthy eater. I was frustrated and to be honest I was too young to feel that old. I knew I had to take action and find my solution.
