Hi👋🏼 I’m Kayla, owner of Fitness Coach Kayla. After many years of group fitness classes of all kinds, I found my heart is working one on one with people who want to simply…be stronger. Ten years experience as a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor with clients of all ages and stages has given me the confidence to focus on modifying workouts for all levels.

I’ve been a competitive triathlete and I know how it feels to be strong and able to tackle any workout. I also know how it feels to have shoulder tears and knee injuries preventing most workouts. Finding movements to enhance your strength and flexibility is always my goal.

I live by my own mantra #WalkWaterSleep and it is instilled early into each and every clients routine. Working with clients does not just include gym time. It’s outside the gym where the results happen. It’s understanding family and work dynamics and how those play into a clients availability to work on themselves with food, workouts and recovery. I will teach you accountability..to yourself!

If you want to get to know me a little, you can find me walking two giant dogs on any given day at a park or working ski patrol on the slopes at Crystal Mountain. As a family we are very active and live for travel and adventure. I’m thankful my super hero cowboy husband shares and supports that lifestyle. We share three children, Sabrina, Ryan and Emma.

Adam Landis

Hello, I'm Adam Landis, a dedicated and experienced Personal Trainer with a passion for helping individuals unlock their full potential through fitness and healthy living. After teaching high school PE and Health for 4 years, I transitioned into leading group fitness, crossfit, yoga and personal training. Currently accepted into CMU's Doctoral program for Physical Therapy, my journey in the health and fitness world is rooted in empowering others to lead healthier lives through movement.

My approach to personal training is centered around inclusivity, safety, and commitment to individualized progress. I conduct comprehensive fitness assessments to tailor workouts to each client's unique needs and goals, emphasizing proper technique, progress monitoring, and ongoing motivation.

I am passionate about health, fitness and educating people, making wellness and longevity accessible for all. Together, we can create an environment where individuals, regardless of their abilities, develop a love for fitness and lead healthier, happier lives. Amy White

Hi, I’m Amy! Health and fitness has been a part of my life since I was 18 and walked into a gym for the first time. I went to whatever group fitness craze was popular at the time (Jazzersize, anyone?) and learned to lift weights with the “bros.”

After college I became a certified fitness instructor and taught step, sculpt, kickboxing, etc. for the next 20 years. I even took up running for a few years in my late 30s, until a hip scope significantly decreased the amount of high-impact training I was able to do. I realized that training in my 40s and beyond, would look very different than training in my 20s.

That’s when I became very serious about weight training for hypertrophy. Lifting to build muscle. Training was no longer about how much I could sweat, but how about much I could lift.

A decade later, and I’m more passionate than ever about women creating a lifestyle with sustainable habits. Daily walks, lifting heavy, eating enough food to fuel your body and plenty of sleep is the key to slowing down the aging process. I’m 50 now and feeling stronger and healthier than ever before.

Paula Starner

Paula started her fitness journey over 30 years ago, beginning with teaching group exercise classes and then competing at the State and International level in Kettlebell and Power Lifting.

She received her Personal Trainer Certification in 2016 and deepened her understanding of the body by adding Licensed Massage Therapist to her portfolio. A true fitness professional, Paula enjoys motivating others to help them achieve their fitness goals!
